ibx - cropping sub-window
This window displays controls to crop the displayed and saved images, as well
as apply a byte offset to the image data and skip a regular numbers of images.
The low, number, and high
values below, should all be adjusted automatically when one is changed but
this does not always occur correctly. Ensure than the desired image has
actually been loaded before adjusting these parameters.
- Crop displayed images
- This option needs to be switch on to activate the
settings in the rest of the window.
- byte offset to the beginning of image data
- This allows an initial number of bytes of what is presumed to be image
data to be skipped.
- low x:
- Sets the number of left-hand columns to be cropped.
- number x:
- Sets the number of columns to be displayed after the left-hand crop has
occurred.
- high x:
- Sets the column number to which cropping from the right-hand side will be
performed.
- low y:
- Sets the number of upper rows to be cropped.
- number y:
- Sets the number of rows to be displayed after the top crop has
occurred.
- high y:
- Sets the row number to which cropping from the bottom will be
performed.
- display every ... images(s)
- Sets the number of images to be skipped when displaying images. To
display the same slice from each volume (i.e., a time course of
images) set this value to the number of images per volume.
