ntoa - Convert NIFTI file to Analyze format

Command line program to convert image files in NIFTI format to the older Analyze v7 file format. 

ntoa [-d] [-v] NIFTI_filename1 [NIFTI_filename2 ...]
-d
Displays additional debugging messages.
-v
Displays software version information and exists.

ntoa converts NIFTI file format to Analyze v7 format, i.e., converts .nii, .nii.gz, .hdr.gz/.img.gz, or NIFTI .hdr/.img to Analyze .hdr/.img pair of files. All the NIFTI information is removed from the header. The main use of this program is to convert NIFTI files to Analyze for use with older software, for which the .hdr/.img NIFTI pair is incompatible.
